Calamity Me!

Calamity! This is what happens when one is trying to talk with her mom on the phone and leans a little too far back in the chair!

The sad thing is the photo was taken by my dear sweet loving hubby! Just as a trained Paramedic would in any emergency (just as soon as he stopped laughing) he got up and ran for the camera!!!! Then after he was sure he had a good picture he helped me up! I was stuck or I would've helped myself. I was also about to die from laughter!

The Girls "New" Bathroom

Today on a spur of the moment shopping trip to the Dollar General I decided to redo the girls bathroom. I've been growing tired of the Duck theme and seeing the display of bright colored accessories I fell into the end cap trap...for my non retail workers an end cap is the stuff they place at the end of an isle to catch your attention...it really worked on me tonight. The girls were with Mema so the Hubby and I had time to focus on things in the store with out hearing, "Can I have this...Can I have that....I need to pee!!!!!....When are we going home...This is SOOO boring!" You get the picture I'm sure!

So we came home and the Hubby helped me redo the bathroom in a record 15 minutes! The best part... I bought it all for under $35 dollars.

2 New Rugs, Shower Curtain, Shower Curtain Rings, Trash Can, Set of Towels and Hair Things Caddy!

The girls loved it! They were so proud of their "Big Girl Bathroom!"

The Tooth Fairy's First Trip To Our House

You could feel the excitement in the room when they all went to bed that night! They knew the Tooth Fairy was on her way and it really did not matter that she was only coming to see J. I woke up the next morning to 3 wild hair little girls screaming, "The Tooth Fairy came!!!" " She left J "monies" and we saw her tracks on the floor when she left the room!!!!!" What a hoot! Now we only get to do this how many more times? I think the Tooth Fairy may need to take out a loan to cover our house. :) Anyone know where a Tooth Fairy banks?

3rd Place...Awana Grand Prix

N won 3rd place in the Awana Grand Prix! She was so proud! :)

R & J really felt they also needed a trophy so Dad and I shared one of ours from the past w/ them. :)

Princess Hair!

I found a few blogs that have the best ideas for little girls hair! This afternoon the girls let me play! I think I have found a new hobby...if they will only let me. :)

Party! Party! Party! The Girls are 6!

What Happened? Yesterday the girls were just turning 1! Now, they are 6! Boy did we celebrate this year! What a party! It had to be a princess party and I don't think the girls will forget this one! They asked for doll cakes and if you are going to have 3 princess doll cakes you must have a castle cake to go with them...

Field Trip!

We took the girls to see the NC Battleship and Aquarium. We ended our field trip with a ride on the ferry. Here are a few pictures to enjoy...
